With over 4,000 participants in just 10 days, including more than 45 presidency events and 7 non-presidency events, the Pavilion buzzed with energy and engagement. An impressive 32% of the events were oversubscribed, underscoring the immense interest and significance of the discussions.
BARG Events’ meticulous planning ensured that the Pavilion catered to the diverse needs of its participants. Featuring two dedicated rooms - a VIP Majlis for presidency events and a multi-purpose room serving as a UN Hub - the Pavilion provided an exclusive and conducive environment for high-level discussions and collaborations. This setup enabled BARG Events to deliver seamless summit organization and management services to international heads of state and authorities, further cementing its reputation as a leader in event management on the global stage.
