Following His Highness Sheikh Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum direction in symbolizing UAE sand as a symbol of pride and blessing, we at BARG Event successfully executed the ‘Sand in Bottle’ campaign within 48 hours! This initiative provided all visitors to the UAE Pavilion a chance to honor UAE sand during the final three days leading up to the Expo farewell.
Honored to have played a pivotal role in the UAE Pavilion’s success at Expo 2020, where over 1 million visitors experienced our seamless event management. From high-profile meetings with Heads of State to showcasing the UAE’s rich culture and innovation, BARG Events delivered a series of unforgettable moments that reflected the nation’s values of openness and excellence.

With over 1,000,000 visitors, the pavilion stood as a testament to BARG Events’ exceptional management and organizational skills.
As the host country’s centerpiece, the pavilion played a pivotal role in hosting high-profile meetings with the Head of States and government while remaining open to the public, reflecting the UAE’s values of openness and inclusivity.

Throughout Expo 2020, we at BARG Events curated a diverse array of events at the pavilion, showcasing the nation’s diplomatic, cultural and innovative prowess. Monthly cabinet meetings provided a platform for high-level discussions among UAE government authorities, while exhibitions and musical performances highlighted the rich artistic talents of the UAE.
BARG Events also facilitated panel discussions featuring dreamers and innovators, underscoring the UAE’s commitment to nurturing creativity and entrepreneurship.
CLOSING CEREMONY
In the closing month of Expo 2020, BARG Events orchestrated a grand finale featuring over 20 meticulously planned events, including the premiere of the biographical film “The Land of Dreamers Who Do”. These events were seamlessly executed through coordinated efforts in security, operations, protocol, PR, media, and facility management, showcasing BARG Events’ expertise in delivering exceptional experiences on a grand scale, leaving a lasting impression on all attendees.
